My wife and I switched to Chapel Lane Pharmacy two years ago on the recommendation of our Doctor. The Pharmacist Mak and all of his staff are always very courteous and helpful. I recently used the Ear Wax Removal Surgery within the Pharmacy and have nothing but praise for James who diligently took care of me and I would recommend his Surgery to anyone who experiences problems with their ears.

Patient & customer service excellent however the pharmacist Mak himself, quite simply an exceptional professional, whose knowledge of his customers across the age range, is something to behold.

I’ve had my Flu vaccine done today at this pharmacy. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The pharmacist was expecting us and had everything ready.
With the current pandemic, I was a bit skeptical about using the consultation room ext. I must mention that every precaution has been taken to protect and safeguard customers. The consultation rooms had partitions between the pharmacist and myself.
I also had the opportunity to see the automated process of dispensing medication. State of the art technology.
Well done guys.
The community in Farnborough , Hawley, Blackwater and Cove are really lucky to have such a world class service at our doorstep.

I’ve been to this pharmacy a good few times.
Today I went to collect my medication. The service provided by Mac and his team are excellent. I could see a happy team working in there.
Social distancing measured clearly demarcated.
Easy parking. The pharmacy is in the middle of a parade of shops.

This chemist is brilliant, they are all so very helpful and welcoming. They are open late too which is a godsend as I work full time. I would highly recommend their services. The chemist is clean, fresh and has a lovely modern feel to it.
